We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team in the vibrant London Borough of Tower Hamlets. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families with complex needs.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments of children and families to identify their needs and develop appropriate support plans Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children Providing direct social work intervention and support to children with disabilities and their families Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required Advocating for the rights and best interests of children in line with relevant legislation and policies

The successful candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification and HCPC registration Demonstrated experience working with children with disabilities and their families Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload Commitment to continuous professional development and upholding ethical standards
