Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? The Northamptonshire Children's SW - DAAT Team is seeking a committed individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with children, families, and various stakeholders to promote the well-being and safety of vulnerable children within our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans. Working closely with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Providing support and guidance to families to encourage positive outcomes.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in working within children's services, particularly in a statutory setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families? Northamptonshire is seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker to join our Dynamic and Ambitious Assessment Team (DAAT). In this role, you will work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our community.

As a Children's Social Worker within the DAAT team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and their families. Developing and implementing care plans that promote the welfare and safety of children. Working closely with multi-agency teams to provide effective support and intervention. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national standards. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child protection.
