Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Join our Family Help Team in Redbridge as a Children's Social Worker. In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with families, offering support and guidance to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans tailored to the unique needs of each family. Engaging with children, parents, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes. Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-ups. Providing direct support and advice to families in crisis, facilitating access to resources and services. Documenting casework appropriately and maintaining accurate records in compliance with local authority policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
