We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding Team in Bury. In this role, you will be responsible for working with vulnerable children and families to ensure their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertaking assessments to identify the needs of children and families Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals Providing direct support and intervention to children and families in crisis situations Participating in multi-agency meetings and case conferences Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification Registration with Social Work England Experience working with children and families in a social work setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Additional requirements:
