As a Children's Social Worker in the Integrated Referral Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and managing cases to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to support children at risk. Collaborating with schools, health services, and other agencies to provide holistic support. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in regular team meetings and supervision to enhance practice and share knowledge.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
