In this role, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to assess needs, develop intervention plans, and provide ongoing support.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual circumstances. Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure coordinated support and safeguarding measures. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in compliance with local policies. Providing support and guidance to children and families, empowering them to achieve positive outcomes.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in intervention and planning. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
