As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Assessing the needs and risks of children and young people in the youth justice system. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans that promote rehabilitation and support. Collaborating with families, schools, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to support. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategic planning for youth justice initiatives.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience working with children and young people in a social work or youth justice setting. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
