We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - MASH Team in Newham. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people in the area.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertaking assessments and investigations into child protection concerns Developing and implementing care plans for children in need Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive changes Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification Registered with Social Work England Demonstrated experience in child protection and safeguarding work Strong assessment and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
