We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate CIC / Care Leavers - Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to children in care and care leavers, ensuring their well-being and development.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in care and care leavers Providing direct support and intervention to address the needs of vulnerable young people Advocating for the rights and best interests of children in care and care leavers Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and support for clients Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England Experience working with children in care and care leavers Strong assessment and intervention skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
