IT Customer Service Analyst - York City Centre

The role includes answering contacts from internal colleagues and remotely performing fixes and tasks for a wide range of IT related issues and requests. There will be an opportunity to grow and develop your skills through additional responsibilities with the potential to secure permanency.
The Role:
This company is committed to providing a first-class service. They think, talk and act "customer", not tickets - You must be able to provide high quality customer service as will be supporting internal colleagues based mainly across the UK via telephone, live chat or self-service channels, by remotely providing support and connecting to devices where appropriate to apply known fixes.
The role encompasses many standardised and documented support procedures for applications, operating systems and hardware as well as mobile devices and cloud-based solutions. Equally you will also need to be able to problem solve and confidently guide colleagues in providing a solution.
This role is in a dynamic and lively team set within a large, busy, fast paced environment. You will work to agreed service levels, contributing to targets by making sure queries are resolved in a timely manner. Attention to detail, reliability and consistency are key skills that you will need to demonstrate in this role.
You don't need bags of experience as full training and support will be given on all aspects of the role. A technical background is not essential however an understanding or knowledge of things like ITIL, Microsoft tools, business/office/home IT environments and IOS/Android is desirable.

37.5 hours per week (optional 35 or 40 hours available on request) Shift length of 8.5 hours covering between 0700-1800 (on a rota basis) Hybrid working is offered at 50/50 (home/office)
Pay rate:
£13.96 PAYE per hour + holiday pay

Oracle Fusion Test Manager
Eden Brown Synergy is delighted to collaborate with an public sector organisation based in West Sussex who are seeking an Oracle Fusion Test Manager to join their team, you'll be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all test activities for the implementation of the Oracle Fusion ERP system. Working closely with the Programme Director, internal stakeholders, and the appointed System Integrator (SI), youll ensure that testing is delivered to the highest standards across all phases-from System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through to pre-production. You will lead the planning, resource coordination, quality assurance, defect management, and reporting activities that ensure the successful delivery of this high-profile transformation programme.
The role is initially for 12 months, and hybrid working ( 2 days on site ).
It is outside IR35 .
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the test strategy and detailed test plans
* Define entry and exit criteria for all testing phases
* Coordinate testing activities across SIT, UAT, and pre-production environments
* Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, developers, and third-party providers to create and manage test deliverables
* Oversee the full defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
* Implement robust quality assurance across all SI and third-party managed test stages
* Provide comprehensive test reporting, metrics, and insights to project leadership
* Support data migration activities to ensure integrity, compliance, and completeness
* Act as the key liaison between the internal project team and the System Integrator
* Manage escalations and blockers impacting testing and delivery
* Conduct post-implementation reviews and support ongoing optimisation
About You
They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented leader with extensive Oracle ERP testing experience. You'll be confident managing complex testing processes and engaging with senior stakeholders across technical and business functions.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5-10 years of experience managing ERP test cycles, particularly in Oracle Fusion environments
* Strong knowledge of ERP testing methodologies and full test lifecycle
* Familiarity with Oracle ERP (Fusion), data migration, system integrations, and test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate across multiple delivery streams
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
