We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Child in Care team in Dudley. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention services to children and young people in care.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in care Participating in case conferences and reviews to ensure the well-being of children Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support Advocating for the rights and best interests of children in care Providing direct support and guidance to children and their families

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in child protection and care Registered with Social Work England Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to child welfare
