Join our dynamic MAST Team in Southall as a Senior Social Worker and play a pivotal role in supporting children and families within the Ealing community. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals. As a Senior Social Worker, you will lead assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with families and relevant agencies. Providing supervision and support to junior social workers and students. Managing a caseload of complex cases while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Engaging with families and communities to promote safeguarding and welfare.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., degree in social work). Current Social Work England registration. Significant post-qualification experience in child protection and family support. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
