Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Specialist Social Worker to join Ealing Council's MAST Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Social Worker to work within a specialist service, supporting children, young people, and families with complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing high-quality assessments, delivering effective interventions, and working collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

As a Specialist Social Worker in the MAST Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify their needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to promote the welfare and safety of children. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding. Providing expert advice and support to families, helping them access necessary resources and services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
