Eden Brown synergy are currently recruiting for Worcestershire County Council who are looking for Qualified Social Worker - Young Adults Team Qualified Social Worker - Young Adults Team (16-25) - Worcestershire Rate: £32 per hour Contract: Locum - Full Time (37 hours per week) Location: County Hall, Worcester Team: Young Adults Team - All Age Disability Service About the Role: Worcestershire County Council is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join the All Age Disability Service, specifically supporting young adults aged 16-25 through the transition from Children's to Adult Services. The successful candidate will bring specialist skills across both Adult and Children's Services, focusing on preparation for adulthood across education, employment, independent living, health, and community inclusion.
