Assistant Team Manager required for work within the Assessment & CP Service in Swindon . This is an exciting opportunity with excellent rates of pay up to £40.98ph. 3 month contract but likely reviewed. Flexible hybrid working arrangements.

As the Assistant Manager you will need to have MASH/ACP experience and training/management experience of the supervision of staff. The managerial role is non case holding and is in a dynamic environment where youll be working alongside other assistant team managers in ACP assessing all new cases that require a statutory assessment received through the front door of MASH.

Working with the other assistant team managers in ACP, your team will be on Duty one in every four weeks receiving new referrals from MASH to complete statutory assessment and any safeguarding processes to ensure that a child is not at risk of harm. This fast-paced team requires a manager who is able to work to strict deadlines and make safe and robust decisions under pressure. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and able to deal with changing needs and requests at short notice. Candidates must be able to attend the office for 1 full week out of 4 for duty week. Then 1-2 days the other weeks.




You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
