As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing support and guidance to families to help them achieve their goals. Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Current registration with a professional regulatory body. Experience working with children and families in a social care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with families and colleagues.
