Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant
Location: Apsley, Brindley Way, HP3 9BF
Working Pattern: Hybrid - Community-based visits plus working from either office base or home, depending on the task
Pay Rate: £21.00 per hour
About the Role:
Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a community-based team supporting residents across Hertfordshire. Working under the direction of a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will carry out therapy plans with individuals. This may include supporting people with activities of daily living, promoting independence, and helping them achieve their therapy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver therapy interventions as directed by a qualified Occupational TherapistSupport individuals with activities of daily living and functional tasksUndertake community-based visits across HertfordshireManage a minimum of 2 new cases per weekDeliver interventions that may last up to 12 weeksMaintain accurate and timely records of interventions and outcomesRequirements:
Experience working within health, social care, rehabilitation, or therapy servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamExperience supporting individuals to achieve independence and positive outcomesFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be advantageous for community visitsBenefits of working with Eden Brown Synergy:
