As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to children and young people in care, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertaking assessments and creating care plans for looked after children Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support Advocating for the needs and rights of children in care Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and reviews Providing emotional and practical support to children and their families

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England Experience working with looked after children and young people Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment Commitment to promoting the welfare and best interests of children
