We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our team in Islington, specifically focusing on Child in Need (CIN) Provider Services. In this role, you will be responsible for completing Child and Family (C and F) assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families under our care.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and make recommendations Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant legislation and policies

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Demonstrated experience in completing C and F assessments within a social work setting Strong knowledge of child protection procedures and legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
