Join our dedicated team in Buckinghamshire as a Social Worker specializing in Help & Protection in Amersham. In this rewarding role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring their well-being and access to essential services. Your expertise will contribute to creating a safer, supportive community for all. We are looking for compassionate and skilled professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans that promote safety and well-being. Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to coordinate support services. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families in crisis. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a caseload efficiently.
