Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans that promote safety and well-being. Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to coordinate support services. Providing ongoing support and intervention to families in crisis. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
