We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Social Worker to join our Court Team in Aylesbury. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families involved in court proceedings.
Key responsibilities and duties:

We are currently recruiting for CAFCASS, a respected national organisation that works to ensure children's voices are heard in family court proceedings. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced social workers to contribute meaningfully to life-changing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:Undertake post-first hearing work, including Section 7 reports
Analyse complex family situations and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations
Engage effectively with children, families, and partner agencies
Deliver timely and high-quality court reports
Work within court deadlines and statutory frameworks
Required Skills & Experience:Qualified Social Worker with active Social Work England registration
Previous experience with CAFCASS or family court proceedings is highly desirable
Strong report writing, communication, and analytical skills
Knowledge of child welfare legislation and family court processes

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Early Resolution Team in Buckinghamshire. This locum position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining both home working and visits to office or client premises. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled social worker who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting complex assessments to determine eligibility for services and developing tailored care plans.
Collaborating with clients, carers, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of effective and timely interventions.
Managing a caseload and prioritising tasks to ensure that all cases are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensuring that services are delivered within budget constraints while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Engaging with clients to monitor and review care plans and providing ongoing support as needed.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with departmental policies.
Participating in team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions to promote continuous professional development.
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
Proven experience in adult social care or working in an early resolution team.
Strong communication and assessment skills with the ability to engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
