The Learning Disability, Autism and Hearing & Vision Service are seeking a skilled and experience social worker for a fixed term contract.
The scope of the role would be to carry out annual reviews in a cluster-style, e.g. visiting one residential/supported living setting and reviewing all individuals. There will be no requirement to case manage or partake in a duty rota.
The role involves a mix of casework and reviews, including safeguarding processes, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to achieve positive outcomes.
This is a hybrid role however, some in-person visits are required, so you'll need access to a car. The team is based in Keynsham and covers the wider Bath & North East Somerset area.
Requirements:
Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
