As a key member of our social work department, you will play a crucial role in assessing and supporting children and families to ensure their safety and well-being.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments to determine the needs of children and families Developing and implementing intervention plans to address identified concerns Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies Undertaking direct work with children and families to promote positive outcomes Contributing to permanency planning and decision-making processes

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current HCPC registration Experience in working within a children's services setting Strong assessment and intervention skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
