Join our dedicated Adults Care Team in Camborne, Cornwall, as a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable adults. In this role, you will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other professionals to promote well-being and safeguard those in need. Your expertise will be vital in assessing needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs and risks. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in partnership with service users. Providing support and guidance to clients, their families, and caregivers. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in adult social care, preferably within a local authority setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in assessment and care planning processes, with a person-centered approach.
