Join our dedicated Integrated Children’s Team in Dover as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families in our community. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality support and interventions tailored to the unique needs of children and their families. Your contributions will help shape positive outcomes and foster resilience within the families you serve.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Maintaining detailed case records and reports in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding discussions.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working within children’s services, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
