Join our dedicated team at Dudley as a Children's Social Worker within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families in our community. As a key member of the MASH team, you will collaborate with various agencies to assess risk, provide support, and implement safeguarding measures effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support. Working closely with partner agencies to share information and develop coordinated action plans. Managing a caseload of complex cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Providing advice and support to families, promoting positive outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, ideally within a MASH or safeguarding context. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork.
