Your key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Participating in regular supervision and training to enhance professional development and practice.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in social work practice, preferably within a locality team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.Additional requirements include a commitment to ongoing professional development and a valid driving license with access to a vehicle.
