We're working with Princess Alexandra Hospital to recruit an experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join their busy and supportive MSK Outpatients team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident clinician ready to take on a senior role with a varied caseload and real impact on patient care.
The Role
You'll be managing your own caseload of patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. As a senior member of the team, you'll also support junior staff and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
What You'll Be Doing
Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of MSK conditionsManaging complex and chronic cases independentlyCreating tailored rehabilitation and treatment plansWorking closely with a multidisciplinary teamSupporting and mentoring junior physiotherapists and studentsContributing to service development and clinical auditsWhat We're Looking For
HCPC registered PhysiotherapistMinimum 3 years NHS experienceStrong MSK outpatient experienceAbility to manage a complex caseload autonomouslyPrevious experience in a senior or supervisory role (desirable)Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skillsWhy Apply?
