As a Qualified Social Worker in our Integrated Front Door Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to develop and implement effective intervention plans. Providing expert advice and support to families, ensuring they are aware of available resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local policies and procedures. Participating in regular team meetings and case reviews to share insights and best practices.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
