We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Assessment Team within the Integrated Front Door in Solihull. This role is pivotal in ensuring that vulnerable individuals and families receive timely and effective support. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will lead assessments, provide guidance to junior staff, and contribute to the overall improvement of service delivery.
