This role is pivotal in ensuring that vulnerable individuals and families receive timely and effective support. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will lead assessments, provide guidance to junior staff, and contribute to the overall improvement of service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Providing expert supervision and support to social workers and other team members. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure holistic service provision. Developing and implementing care plans that promote positive outcomes. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Significant post-qualification experience in social work, particularly in assessment and safeguarding. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
