Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the MASH / Integrated Front Door service at Suffolk County Council.
This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, multi-agency safeguarding environment, where you will oversee the screening, triaging, and decision-making process for all incoming safeguarding referrals across Children's Services.
About the Role - MASH Team ManagerAs Team Manager within the MASH, you will:
Lead and manage a multi-agency team, ensuring effective partnership workingProvide day-to-day oversight of referrals and workflow, ensuring no drift or delayTake responsibility for decision-making on safeguarding contacts and thresholdsOversee quality assurance, audits, and performance within the Integrated Front DoorEnsure high standards of information sharing in line with safeguarding legislation and protocolsChair multi-agency meetings and provide professional leadership across disciplinesDrive service improvements and maintain a strong early help and prevention focusKey ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate workflow within the MASH / Integrated Front Door ServiceProvide leadership, supervision, and performance management to staffEnsure timely and effective risk assessments and safeguarding decisionsMaintain oversight of case recording, data quality, and performance standardsWork collaboratively with police, health, education, and partner agenciesLead on quality assurance activity including audits and service improvementsRespond to complaints and ensure resolution at the earliest opportunityAbout the Team - Suffolk MASHThe MASH receives all referrals relating to children and families across Suffolk and works to:
