We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Agency FCA - CAFCASS for a position in the Qualified Social Work field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of important duties to support children and families involved in the family court system.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Conducting assessments of children and families to provide recommendations to the court Working collaboratively with legal professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders Advocating for the best interests of children and ensuring their voices are heard Preparing reports and attending court hearings as required Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive outcomes

Essential qualifications and skills:

Qualified Social Worker with current registration with the relevant regulatory body Experience working within the family court system and a strong understanding of child protection issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities Demonstrated commitment to upholding professional standards and ethical practice

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Assessment Team in Maidstone. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and families in the local community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other professionals and agencies Providing direct support and intervention to children and families to address safeguarding concerns Participating in case conferences, court proceedings, and multidisciplinary meetings Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports

The essential qualifications and skills for this role are:
