As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and their families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and advocacy for children in care, ensuring their voices are heard. Building strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies to promote positive outcomes. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A relevant social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families, particularly in a statutory setting. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding protocols. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
