We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our dedicated team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) for a 6-month contract, offering an attractive rate of £44.65 per hour. This role is ideal for an experienced social worker looking to make a significant impact in a hospital setting, providing essential support to patients and their families during critical times.
As a QSW at NNUH, you will be responsible for a range of key duties, including:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of patients and their families. Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and families facing complex health issues. Ensuring compliance with local and national policies and procedures. Advocating for patients' rights and access to necessary services.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
