A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join the Multi-Agency Team in Oldham. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people in the local community.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Undertaking assessments of children and families to identify their needs and develop appropriate support plans. Working collaboratively with partner agencies to coordinate interventions and ensure the best possible outcomes for children at risk. Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and case conferences to review progress and make informed decisions about ongoing care arrangements. Essential qualifications and skills:
