Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs and risks of children and families, developing and implementing effective care plans. Working collaboratively with families to promote positive change and enhance their support systems. Conducting home visits and engaging with children and parents in a respectful and empathetic manner. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of strategies to safeguard children.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience in child protection and family support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
