As a Qualified Social Worker in the Referral & Assessment Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify their needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support families in crisis. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure holistic support and safeguarding of children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local authority procedures. Providing expert advice and support to colleagues and partner organizations.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Proven experience in referral and assessment within children's services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families and professionals.
