Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children’s needs and family dynamics. Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Participating in regular supervision and training to enhance professional development.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience working with children with disabilities and a strong understanding of relevant legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
