As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in need. Working closely with families to provide support and guidance, ensuring their needs are met. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote their welfare. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
