Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and managing a caseload of adults with diverse needs, ensuring appropriate assessments and interventions. Providing supervision and support to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate care and support services. Conducting regular reviews of care plans and adapting them as necessary to meet changing needs. Ensuring compliance with local policies and national legislation, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Significant experience in adult social care, with a strong understanding of the Care Act and related legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with service users and stakeholders.
