We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a community-based service in West Cornwall on a 12-week agency placement.
Role Details
Start date: Monday 31st August
End date: Friday 20th November
Duration: 12 weeks
Location: West Cornwall (community-based, including remote areas such as the Lizard)
Hours: Part-time (to be confirmed based on budget)
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
HCPC registered
Minimum 2-3 years' experience at Band 6 level
Experience in physical health or adult social care
Ability to travel and conduct home visits in rural and remote locations
