We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Fostering Team in Hull. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and services to children and families involved in the fostering process.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Assessing and reviewing the needs of children in foster care Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the well-being and safety of children Working collaboratively with foster carers, families, and other professionals to provide holistic support Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Advocating for the best interests of children and promoting their rights

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
