Key Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and safe OT assessments and reviews across the directorate
Triage and reduce duplication across health and social care pathways
Support the reduction of OT waiting lists

This is a hybrid role offering exceptional flexibility, including remote working, autonomous scheduling, and regular team support through Microsoft Teams. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments for minor and major home adaptations
Make recommendations for DFG-funded adaptations
Prescribe and review specialist equipment (e.g. safety beds, hoists, shower chairs, stair climbers)
Deliver moving and handling solutions ranging from low-level to complex cases
Offer guidance for children with neurodiverse conditions and related behavioural safety concerns
Work collaboratively with social workers, local special schools, health OT colleagues, and behavioural support teams
Record and manage caseload information using Mosaic
Requirements:
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Proven experience with children's equipment and home adaptations
