* To manager a locality team of 8 social workers undertaking assessments, CIN, CP and PLO/court work.
* Must have experience of managing one of the fieldwork team previously- some hybrid ie 2 days a week at home on non-duty week- duty is 1 in 4 weeks.
* Post is to cover maternity so could be extended.
