We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding & Support South Team in Wiltshire. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support and safeguarding services to children and families within the region.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Undertaking assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic support Participating in case conferences and court proceedings as required Providing guidance and support to families to promote positive outcomes

The essential qualifications and skills for this role include:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children's services Registration with Social Work England Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload

Additional requirements for this position may include a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the region.
