Social Worker - Mental Health & Wellbeing Service

Windsor & Maidenhead Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join a newly developed Mental Wellbeing Service.
Role Overview
Provide assessment and care management for adults with mental health needs and/or neurodivergence
Work within a multidisciplinary approach to support recovery and wellbeing
Complete Care Act assessments, support planning, and reviews
Contribute to strength-based, person-centred practice
Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with active registration
Experience in adult mental health services
Understanding of neurodivergence and complex needs
Strong assessment and case management skills
