* Review completed surveys to validate hazard assessments completed in accordance of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and assess any safeguarding referrals to ensure the appropriate actions are taken to resolve them.

We expect candidates to have a good knowledge of building surveying / building pathology, as well as a good understanding of the relevant legislation (including recent changes such as Awaab's Law), in a social housing context, e.g. the Decent Homes Standard, the Safety and Quality Standard, as well as a thorough understanding of the role stock condition surveys should play in mitigating housing disrepair issues.
