Pay Rate: £32.52 per hour

About the Role:
Are you a passionate and skilled Social Worker looking to make a difference in adults' lives? Lambeth Council is seeking a dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join the Adults Social Care Team, promoting independence, managing risk, and delivering high-quality support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Use social work models and tools to support positive change and independence
Make sound professional judgements within legal and policy frameworks
Complete Care Act assessments and reviews to identify needs and outcomes
Create and implement person-centred care and support plans
Conduct Section 42 safeguarding enquiries and contribute to safeguarding plans
Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals and carers
What Were Looking For:
Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
Solid experience in adults' social care, including safeguarding and care planning
A strong understanding of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals
