We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Children with Disabilities (CWD) team in Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families facing unique challenges. You will be working in a dynamic environment, providing support and guidance to children with disabilities and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating services to provide holistic support.
