Lincolnshire County Council is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Leaving Care Personal Advisers to support care-experienced young people aged 16-25, both within Lincolnshire and out of county.
About the Role:
You'll play a vital role in helping young people transition to independence, supporting them to achieve their goals, aspirations, and full potential. You'll work closely with partner agencies, local networks, and the young people themselves to ensure they are fully supported on their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored advice, guidance, and practical support to care leavers.
Collaborate with professionals across services to meet young people's needs.
Help young people access education, employment, housing, and health services.
Build trusting relationships that empower young people towards independence.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with young people, preferably in leaving care or youth services.
Strong communication, organisational, and advocacy skills.
A commitment to improving outcomes for care-experienced individuals.
